Gratitude and Winter Rep downloads

First, thank you all for a beautifully executed, exciting, and energetic performance on Sunday! I’m so grateful! We’ll talk more about it on Monday.

Rehearsal on Monday is at New Rochelle High School. Remember to follow these directions; do not follow your GPS!

All parts are ready to download. Go to this Google Drive folder to download and print. There are a total of eleven works in this cycle, including both the Winter Concert on February 9 and the Side-by-Side Concert on Monday, January 27 at White Plains HS.

Have a great week — I’ll still send a reminder over the weekend.

Performance week!

Rehearsals this coming week:

  • There is no rehearsal on Monday, November 4. Rehearsal plan is posted on the home page.
  • We do have rehearsal on Wednesday, November 6 at 7:30 pm at TMH. Gerard, our guest conductor, and Nicole, our guest soloist, will be attending, and Andrew will have his final rehearsal of the Copley.
  • We have our dress rehearsal on Saturday morning, November 9. We can set up at 9:00 am, rehearsal runs 10:00-12:30 pm.
  • We may enter TMH/set up at 12:00 pm on Sunday, November 10. Sound check is at 1:00 pm, performance is at 3:00 pm, and everyone should be out the door by 5:00 pm.

Nuts & bolts for the concert:

  • Once again, PLEASE sell tickets. Friends & Family 1/2 price tickets are available directly from Marianne at the final rehearsal for $15 each. If your friends/family do not live locally, send them to our Box Office page. Please share the Box Office link via social media, emails, etc. If everyone can commit to confirming at least 6 paid attendees, we’ll be in good shape. (I shared the coupon code via email a few weeks ago, and I’ll repeat it at rehearsal next Wednesday. This opens the $15 half-price tickets on the Box Office page.)
  • Here is the amazing post that Rebecca created and sent out to our email list. Right-click to copy the URL. Please post the link to social media, or forward in emails to friends. We need to fill seats!
