The board met last night and we decided it was better — considering the detailed weather report — to go ahead with the concert as scheduled at 2:00 pm, but revise the call and sound check times:

• 12:15 – Call time/Setup. We are going to go without risers for the fourth row to help the TMH set up/tear down much quicker. We’ve been rehearsing flat on the floor anyway and I think the assets outnumber the liabilities.
• 12:45 – Sound check (playing will be light, in consideration of the day)
• 1:30 – End sound check/clear stage/open house.
• 2:00 – Concert downbeat

Daniel and Mimi are both on board with this. If we postpone, there is no open date for several weeks, with no time rehearse in the interim.
