IMPORTANT: Changes to the rehearsal plan for April 8 at TMH:
We just learned that we cannot enter TMH on April 8 until after 7:30 pm, because the rehearsal before us doesn’t end until 7:30 pm (and then they still have to clear scenery to the wings). Our rehearsal will get off to a late start. Be warned that this will also likely affect available parking. Because of this, we may not be able to take a formal break, and I may need to push slightly past 9:45 pm to end.

7:15 pm – Prism/Bolero personnel meet at Main Street entrance to TMH 2nd floor (door to the right of marquee doors). We’re going to rehearse before the full rehearsal instead of during the break, as previously posted.
7:30 pm:
• Prism/Bolero personnel: Rehearsal with me in 2nd floor Lounge. Please bring a music stand because we will not have access to the underpass. We will rehearse until the stage setup is complete, then join the others on stage.
• Remaining personnel: Gather at marquee entrance on Main Street and await ‘all clear’ signal from the crew to enter. Then set up chairs, stands, and percussion on stage as we normally do. Remember that there will be stage scenery in both wings that will likely impact our set up and the amount of room we have to work in.
• When we are all set up: Tune and rehearse Grainger Handel in the Strand and/or Early One Morning, depending on the time given us.
8:30 (hopefully no later than this) – Hindemith II
9:35 pm – Wrap up to start to connect the movements: End of movement I, all of movement II, start of movement III
